Situated in a Prime location within the town center convenience, the place is on the 1st Floor of a Shoplot, renovated to brick walled studio appartments. 5 mins walk to Sg Besi LRT. Next to TBS (Main bus terminal / KLIA transit station)
Whole studio come with private entrance, living, bath, sleeping area and private balcony. Fully furnished with queen bed, laptop table, 40″TV, fridge, aircon, hot water heater, table, fan. Washing machine and kitchen is at common area. Free high speed 10Mbps internet.
Rental is RM 150/day. RM 700 per week (RM 100/day)
Monthly RM 1500/mth (RM 40/day) excluding electric
Deposit RM 500 (RM 1000 for monthly stay) for any damage or missing items, returnable upon check out.
7mins to Palace of Golden Horses, 10mins to Bukit Jalil National Stadium, 11mins to Mines wonderland attractions, 20mins to KLCC, 26mins to PJ, 43 mins to KLIA.
Light breakfast will be provided at no additional cost, while is also stay at the same block in case u need anything.
